STORE POLICY

A1 Machinery Scraping and Sales shall not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damages to equipment, machinery or properties of the customer for injuries to persons related to the repair or operation of such equipment or machinery. A1 Machinery Scraping and Sales shall make it’s best effort for timely repairs, but is not responsible for any downtime on equipment or machinery currently and/or previously repaired by A1 Machinery Scraping and Sales.

 

All machinery, equipment, and parts used in repair and/or sold to customer are in an “as is” condition and hold no “expressed” nor “implied” warranties. At it’s sole discretion, A1 Machinery Scraping and Sales may replace and/or repair parts for a nominal to no fee on machinery previously worked on by A1 Machinery Scraping and Sales. This “shall not” imply any warranty or responsibility for any repairs/installations done on said machinery. Signing of our service report/invoice recognizes and accepts this limitation of liability.
